ActiveHealth Diabetes Coaching

A Diabetes Registered Nurse (RN) specialist has been added to the ActiveHealth team! Starting in February, 2024, you can request to work with the Diabetes RN, or you may receive an outreach call from ActiveHealth about working with you! The Diabetes RN specializes in helping individuals understand recommended diabetes care and medications. Starting in February 2024, you can call 855-202-4219 to get started.
