Wellness Rewards reset on January 1, 2025

REMINDER: You must redeem your gift card rewards by December 31, 2024.

Tuesday, December 31, 2024, is the deadline to redeem earned wellness rewards from the ActiveHealth portal. Any unredeemed wellness rewards will disappear when the portal resets for the new year at midnight on January 1, 2025.

Please note that you do not have to spend the gift cards you’ve redeemed by this date; however, you must redeem them from the ActiveHealth portal by December 31, 2024.

To redeem your current rewards, please follow these steps:

• Log in to the ActiveHealth portal using your username and password. Once you are logged in, you can navigate to the “Rewards Center” by clicking the “Rewards” tab in the top menu.
• In the Rewards Center, you can see how much money you have earned. You can redeem your rewards in increments of $50 by clicking on “Redeem My Rewards” underneath your progress bar.
• Select the amount you would like to claim and which vendor you would like to redeem the card through, then follow the prompts to confirm your selection.
